I am surprised by this ban list. In my opinion, the OCG banlist was a much more preferable choice. I question the Stratos Ban.

It was replaced with the extra spell search card. No losses xD

great avarice getting banned there goes my lightsworns...offering just broke my dino deck they relied on it big time so irritating so many good cards are getting fucked over e.e

Stratos was banned for a few reaons. first it gives u a 1800 beater and a search. Secondly malicious is going to three and stratos can search malicious and malicious was played in tele-dad and dark armed return.
