please give me your views on what i should take out/put in, any help is greatly apreciated

Here is my advice:Don't go full Hieratic. Trust me, its far beter to go either the level six engine or level 8. I run a level 8 engine and almost never lose. Take out the seal of the sun king and anything that isn't Gebeb, Su, Nebthet, Eset, or Tefnuit. Which should be run three of each. Then add Honest (ALL your monsters are light) and REDMD. Next, take out the banishment and ashes. Chances are, when you banish for Five headed, you won't need those banished cards for long. Take out trap stun, judgment and cylindar for Compulse, mirror force, and bottomless. Don't forget the holy trinity of Monster reborn,heavy storm, and dark hole. The extra deck should really only run the atum for level six and everything else be rank 8 like Number 107. Which has a far better effect than the rank six. Keep Gaia for that OTK move Heliopolos to 3 and add in the new rank 8 number card draggolion or something. And run six level 8s. Seal of the sun dragon and blue eyes. More chances for Ultimate (if you want to run two dragons mirror) and more cards for multiple xyzds and OTK possibilities.

Just wanna add for anyone thinking of running hieratics, a dragon shrine and totem dragon combo early on can really help when you have a hand full of high levels and nothing to tribute, saved my skin a few times and helped me bring out blue-eyes ultimate or Five-headed dragon
